Brief on Industrial Specialty Oils

Industrial specialty oil has different properties and it includes physical, chemical properties or the structure, quality value. A lot of industrial specialty oils are made for high safety protection as it provides better results, and the demand is increasing for the same. Increasing application of specialty oils like inks oils, cleaning agents, cement mould oils, etc. boosts the demand for the oil as it has unique functional properties.

Here are different ranges of Industrial Specialty oils which will give you a broader perspective of its benefits:

Fire Resistant Hydraulic Oils:

In industrial systems, it may encounter sparks, flame, or any nearby equipment that is there. They are associated with hydraulic systems. The most important parameter, while you use the fire-resistant fluid, is to assess the operating temperature. It will help in lowering the risk and also reduce the need for a fire-suppression system.

Rust Preventives (Oil-based, Dry film, De-watering type):

This can be applied by dipping and spraying. It gives indoor protection as well outdoor for a particular set of months depending upon the variant number series you use. Protects the spare-parts and large fabricated components. Premium quality, dewatering rust preventive leave an oily film on the spare-parts.

Glass Mould Oils:

They are developed for mould releasing properties. Blended from highly refined oil, selective additives, and contains minimum carbon. This helps the mould not to have any stain which further needs no clearing treatment before re-use. It is designed to provide a better surface finish.

Quenching & Tempering Oils:

When it comes to heating the steel parts, this oil gives the best lubrication and better cooling characteristic among others. Oil quenching produces high-quality, surface hardening with or without a modified atmosphere. It can be used for all hardened metals in the industry like carbon steels, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.

Antistatic Oils:

It is used for texturing synthetic yarns such as rayon, nylon, and polyester. It reduces the chemical splashing in high-speed machines and also chemical waste.  It is highly effective in improving antistatic properties reduces concomitant friction.
